The client is a next-gen fintech platform offering digital payments, currency swaps, and reward-based staking for its users. Despite strong features, user engagement and transaction volume were not scaling as expected. The business required a design-led intervention to simplify complex flows, improve trust, and bring visual consistency to the app ecosystem.

The redesign focused on creating a clean, modular, and rewarding visual system:

Introduced the ‘Tiers Lock-Up’ feature — gamified staking with clear visual feedback and tier-based rewards, leading to a 96% increase in app downloads.

Designed a Debit Card module that visualized spending limits, resulting in a 25% increase in deposits.

Built a Cash / IBAN feature with a single-tap deposit experience, contributing to a 77% growth in downloads.

Refined the transaction history flow, incorporating intuitive icons, simplified labels, and real-time update indicators.

Unified UI components under a Clean & Playful style, using vibrant gradients, soft depth, and geometric patterns for emotional resonance.
