Overview

Sprintive is a software platform that combines powerful project management with streamlined operational workflows in a single system. The platform is designed to help teams plan, track, and execute projects efficiently without relying on multiple tools.

During the holiday period, I used Sprintive extensively to manage my own projects, which gave me first-hand insight into the product’s strengths, limitations, and usability gaps. This hands-on experience became the foundation for a self-initiated redesign of the web application interface.

Challenges

The existing interface felt functional but visually dated.

Project timelines (Gantt Chart view) lacked clarity and scannability for complex projects.

Limited visual hierarchy made it harder to track dependencies and progress at a glance.

No dark mode option for users working long hours or in low-light environments

Goals

Improve overall usability and visual clarity of the web application

Redesign the project timeline (Gantt Chart) to enhance readability and task comprehension

Create a modern, scalable UI system aligned with power-user workflows

Introduce a dark mode that supports extended usage and accessibility.

Design Solution

Interface Redesign:
