The biggest lesson from this project was that AI adoption in fleet management is a trust problem before it's a UX problem. Owners don't switch from tab-hopping to chat because it's faster, they switch because they believe the answer. Every design decision got filtered through one question: does this make the owner trust the verdict, not just read it?
The evidence table wasn't a supporting element, it was the reframe. A number alone is a claim; a number next to its trend and its peer comparison is a case. That shift, from telling to showing, was the real design challenge. The chat bubbles, the orb, the swipe gesture — those were just the vehicle to deliver it.
